The sauna, steam room facilities were amazing and very clean with everything you needed (lockers, large towels, showers with good quality toiletries, bags for your wet swimwear). In a great location close to city centre shops and tourist spots. Ideal for Christmas market too. Would stay again."

"The room was incredibly clean, fresh milk and a bottle of water provided which was fantastic! The bed was sooo comfy, I had a decent hot shower and the rooms were on the large side which is nice. Room service was tasty and the main was just enough, I didn’t need a dessert. I was full. Service by the staff was brilliant. Full English breakfast was delicious and for once I stayed in a hotel where their machine latte was actually nice to drink. I’ll be staying again, "

"Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room. But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go back."
