I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. Lake Placid Inn Main Street
The floors were dirty upon arrival and we did have an issue with used/ bad body odor smell with the comforter that was on the bed. We called and they arrange to swap it out. Also the pull out couch was broken and not a comfortable couch to lounge on.
