The furniture was Ikea level but the room was clean and had everything we needed except a dishwasher. The building itself seems worn, and one of the two elevators did not work for some of our stay. Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming, while others were not very friendly.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront
The room was very nice and spacious. Great and easy walking distance to our venue. The water pressure wasn’t good. Overall it was nice.

Comfort Inn University
Overall clean with friendly staff. After hours parking got really crowded due to shared parking by a popular bar and grill. However all settled down by 1 am or so.
