"Our toilet was overflowing when we checked in but the staff was quick to fix it. The hotel grounds were beautiful and was in a perfect location!!! It was raining while we were there but the outdoor areas were still neat and would be even better if the weather had been nicer."

"I was looking for something different from the typical hotel room. Loft style sounded interesting. I should have read more reviews that referred to the lack of amenities and the fact that it’s really just a place to sleep, one or 2 nights. I don’t think I’d book ALoft again because the hardwood floors (only one small area rug) were not comfortable and there was no place to sit for a moment and relax. There is a breakfast table which my husband liked. There is no traditional dresser ( only a 2-drawer cabinet in the bathroom). The bathroom counter has plenty of space, but the sink faucet was not placed correctly so water went all over the floor until we learned that you can only let the water flow at a trickle. Also, there was no cold water from the sink. On the plus side, the desk staff were excellent and there is a really great rooftop bar/ restaurant which was so appealing that we went there 3 times in 3 days. The bartender and waitstaff there were very accommodating, and the river views were extraordinary."
