"Room amazing, staff even more amazing wasn’t feeling well the day after check in due to & small issues. The staff kicked into over drive to take care of me. Ms. Brenda Ms. Deidra in house keeping, and Ms. Aretha Wallace’s room service/ highlight sports bar. Not to mention management for guests services that I spoke with morning of Jan. 2nd so sorry I don’t remember your name but I’ll never forget you within 30 mins your grace took over you made sure I didn’t want nor need for anything. "I had to be moved around a lot. Some of the rooms weren’t up to Parr and I ended up taking a smaller room than what I had originally booked.- in the room look like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time! "

"I had a nice stay; it was sketchy at first but the lighted parking lot all night was a nice touch! The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was super amazing. More than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator needs to be looked at. The outside was very dingy, and it made a constant noise. But this did not affect my sleep, kept the tv on! I liked that I did not hear a peep from any neighbors. Thank you for your hospitality. "
