"This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was great. Room perfect. The historic building lovely. "

"Parking was close by and we were under cover. Kitchen was well stocked, but there were a few broken or missing items. Plenty of plates and bowls, but just enough knives and forks. Water pressure was fantastic! Beds were very firm. Sofa was comfortable. The 2 bedroom apartment size was very comfortable for the three of us. "

"We had to switch rooms due to the amount of dust on the furniture and carpet fluff on the floor, and the paint smell in the room. They moved us to an equally poor room which also had filthy windows and questionable bathroom cleanliness. Reception did not answer the phone and did not respond to the message we left. We had to go down to the desk after waiting 40 mins for someone to come back to us. Would never stay there again."

"Breakfast was great. The only thing I found annoying was having to get out of one elevator to get into another to get to the underground car park."
