"We had a reservation for April 1 at the Comfrot Inn Ft. Jackson. I am a long time member of Choice Privilege and love this brand. Not this night. After a 12 hour travel day we just wanted to check in. Walking into the hotel it looked like it was closed for renovation. Forklift IN THE LOBBY and plastic covering all the furniture. NO EMPLOYEE anywhere. We rang the bell, walked the halls of the hotel looking for someone and waited for a half hour. During this time 4 other parties joined us waiting. NO EMPLOYEE for check in. I finally called Expedia who I had booked with and she callled and called the hotel for a good 20 minutes with no luck reaching anyone..and finally had to give up. I just wanted to cancel. We left…went elsewhere to stay.I had booked this as a cancellable fee…but by now we were beyond the cancel time and the hotel had already charged us. To add salt to wound…after another 2 chats with Expedia…they would not honor their obligations and refused to refund us the cost of the hotel rooms for the pm. I am done with both Choice and Expedia. Do NOT book here!"

"Breakfast is always good! Parking was easy. Tried other suites nearby but this one is the BEST! Clean and fresh."

"This property serve breakfast in the morning. It was the same breakfast eggs hard boiled dried up sausage cereal. They never changed the menu couple times the coffee was ice cold I don’t like waffles so I was very disappointed that I did not get a good hearty breakfast"
