We stayed here for one night to go to a Gamecocks football game and it was fine for what it was! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to and from the game which was perfect! The hotel itself was poorly kept and quite dirty. The walls and bathrooms were not great, with residue and weird substances but at least the bed felt and seemed clean. It is a great option for one night of drunk sleep after football, however would not stay for anything more then that. The owner was nice, there was free parking, and good check in and out times.

I was assigned an accessible room, which was fine but the roll in shower edge must constantly overflow. The bathroom door was all rotted at the bottom edge and the bottom corner was all bent out of shape. One wall had all the outlets taped over and there was an empty bare light socket on the ceiling by that wall. Curtains were not hung properly and the corners of one picture frame were broken. The air conditioner worked and the bed was very comfortable, which was all I really needed so I didn't ask to be moved to another room.

Older property in need of a decent amount of routine maintenance. Comfortable beds. AC worked but was a window unit mounted at floor level so the air didn’t circulate as well as needed. There was some mold in the bathroom ceiling and the toilet paper dispenser literally fell off the wall. We didn’t partake of the sparse continental breakfast but pickings were slim. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were super clean, and beds were very comfy. It’s an older place, so there’s some wear and tear, but it was a great price point, close to everything we needed, and we would stay again if we come back to the area. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, the college, etc. A/C was super cold, which I loved!

The staff were very nice, but the rooms and overall hotel could use some updating. Cleaning up the check in area and some coats of paint could go a long way. For the price I did not expect much, essentially you get what you pay for. Overall beds were comfy, sheets were clean and was fine for 1 night.

If you want to be close to the Stadium, this meets the needs. Unfortunately, the room is pretty beat up, but the bed was clean and comfortable, and the front desk crew is friendly.
