On check in the reception staff didnt tell me what floor the room was, or where the lift was, we had to ask! Lovely clean room, very small bath, but lovely shower over the bath. Stayed at the Forest of Arden Hotel and overall had a really good experience. The setting is genuinely stunning, especially in the evening when the deer come out, which was a real highlight for us.
