"Always a fun stay. Dunkin in the lobby for the mornings with mobile ordering from the room is just a bonus! The waterpark is geared more towards little ones compared to Mason, Oh. Very close to Cedar Point and restaurants."

"Absolutely Outstanding Hospitality – Thank You! My wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Sandusky for our honeymoon, and I honestly cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had. We arrived around 11:00 PM, and the gentleman working the front desk went far beyond what we ever expected. When he learned that we were there celebrating our honeymoon, he went out of his way to make our stay special by upgrading us to a Jacuzzi Suite. That alone was an incredibly kind gesture, but what really stood out was how genuinely he cared about making sure we had a perfect stay. Even though it was late at night, he was welcoming, professional, incredibly helpful, and made us feel like our honeymoon actually mattered to him. People like this are what make a hotel memorable. He didn't just do his job; he created an experience we will remember for years to come. I sincerely hope management sees this review and recognizes him for the outstanding employee he is. In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel routine, he reminded us of what true hospitality looks like. To the gentleman working the front desk that night: Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You helped make the beginning of our honeymoon even more special, and my wife and I are incredibly grateful. We will never forget the kindness you showed us. "Everything was good except for the front desk couldn't give me change for $5. They said they didn't have quarters, yet their laundry facility required quarters for the machines. They should at least have a change machine by the laundry facility, if they don't have them at the front desk."

"You can't beat it for the price, with an indoor pool, outdoor pool (it did need to be skimmed), hot tub and breakfast. Staff was always friendly."

"The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a quiet area and well maintained. I’m sorry I didn’t pay a bit more for the single King sized bed room. The beds were not queen sized. Not a deal breaker, we only stayed one night. Over all a pleasant stay."
