"We stayed at the Cinnamon Boutique for three nights, using the hotel as a base to explore the Garden Route. Although we used the hotel as a base, we could have easily have spent more time around the hotel pool. The hotel room was very clean, large and comfortable. We chose a room that had large patio windows which opened onto an upstairs balcony. The rooms had a “luxury” feel about them. Breakfast was great...everything you could ask for. "Best property with excellent location and amazing service by each and every individual. Great extensive menu at the all day restaurant. Chef made very delicious food for Breakfast lunch and dinner. My wife is vegetarian and she enjoyed every dish Chef prepared for her. We really had relaxed 5 nights at the VIEWS . We also enjoyed the spa and massage. Planning to stay at VIEWS next year. We really appreciate the great hospitality by the staff from beginning to end."

"Place is more of a lodge than a hotel. Needs some maintenance... especially the bathrooms, did not feel comfortable! However nice garden setting. Also, I made a booking for 4 rooms to sleep a total of 9 adults and 3 kids two months prior which was paid for already. On the day of my check in I get called so say that I still have to pay for the kids!!! Felt like i was being held to ransom! "

"I was looking forward to wonderful weekend away but the hotel just does not live up to its pictures, maybe it did 10 years ago. The hotel needs a serious refurb as well as the grounds of the hotel. The pool is definitely not this clean and blue as in the pictures anymore - it needs a paint job and a proper clean. The bed I slept in made such a noise when you moved, it was terrible. The carpets were so marked, it was gross. The whole experience staying at the hotel freaked me out and I wont be...
