"We stayed from a Monday to a Friday. It was our first time at Dream Inn and we booked an ADA room as my husband uses a walker to get around. Our room was on the lobby floor and the restaurant and pool were on different floors. But there are a couple of elevators which made it easy for us to get to both of these locations. We had breakfast every morning and a couple of dinners at the restaurant which we really enjoyed. There are also many restaurants in the wharf area so lots of options. I loved sitting out by the pool. There were some children swimming but for the most part they were reasonably quiet. We found the staff very helpful in answering any of our questions. The room was always clean and fit our needs perfectly. We had great weather and a great time! I am looking forward to coming back again next summer."

"The inn was close to the boardwalk and pier. Many things were in walking distance. There is an ebike rental shop about a minutewalk away, if you didn't want to walk nor drive everywhere. With the inn being in a busy area, it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The room, for the most part, was clean. I did find a long hair strand that clearly wasn't mine, other than that everything was decent."

"Liked the big queen bedroom with a foto of Capitola covering the wall. Liked the quiet location. Room was very clean and had everything you need. We were not aware that we had to pay $20 extra for parking, but we were lucky to get a free parking spot right in front of the hotel (on the street) with a handicap placard."

"The hotel had a very quirky feel about it. From the outside of the building, it looks akin to a nightclub. The rooms were a decent size and tastefully decorated. Starbucks coffee pods were a nice treat. The pool & jacuzzi were first rate. The pool did get overtaken by children screeching and screaming from quite early in the day through til late afternoon, but that’s not a criticism of the hotel. But it would have been nice to have had a swim without the children dive bombing into the pool constantly. Perhaps an adult only swim time before 10am and after 5pm would be welcomed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were first rate. I enjoyed my stay very much. Recommended."
