The view from this property is amazing. It is right on the ocean. We saw whales spouting as we sat on our patio. It is an older property, but kept up well. We even had breakfast served in our room.

The staff was great. Easy check in and helpful staff. The room is dated. The couch is in bad condition. I have been coming here for 10 years and it's the same couch. Very dingy. The view would be much more enjoyable if the large windows were cleaned. The room is in desperate need of a overhaul. Would be nice to update some furnishings and TV. The bed in the main room is very hard and could use a new mattress.

The room was not expectable for a comfortable stay. I think we were put in the wrong room. Would not see the ocean. We booked this room 6 month in advance and they said we would the see the ocean from the deck. No deck no ocean
