The breakfast was not included but the buffet offered was at a fair price and offered a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant was also open for lunch and dinner."

I was told at check in that ground floor was not available.-- this caused an inconvenience for my guest to do the stairs (no elevator). Also, I had planned to pay with cash, and was told that my credit card was already charged."
