"great room and cozy beds"

"Room not ready at check in. Staff really rude. I was pushed aside and told move aside we will wait on her first- who was the person behind me and told there was not a room ready for me. It was after the 4pm check in time. The woman in front of me had an issue. Waited 20 minutes. Another employee tells me room not ready come back in an hour. I was upset, missed by dinner reservations, and a room was suddenly ready in 15 minutes when I asked to speak to management. I was told no manager would speak with me. I was treated poorly from the moment I arrived for no reason and feel it was racially motivated. Don’t stay there! "

"The room was disgustingly dirty, the air vent made this loud clicking noise non-stop. I checked in and checked right out an hour later. I get that it’s a “budget” motel but this way wayyyyyy too “budget” for me. I recommend spending more and staying at the La Quinta hotel next door if you can."
