The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

Staff were absolutely fantastic with our 2 year old boy. Lots of facilities for toddlers and a really safe and friendly environment. The hotel and facilities are on par with hotels that charge 2 or 3 times more. The staff are amazing and try really hard to make you feel at home. Has a very homely, safe and relaxing feel about it. Food was a bit average but good value for money. Once you get over the sight of oil tankers on the horizon the private beach is amazing. The sea is clean, full of...

First time in Thailand and this was great hotel to stay in, 5 star rating, and I would agree. the staff are very respectful and help you out with everything you need and the hotel decor and location as amazing, If I am in Phuket anytime in the future I will be staying here again. I was on my own but still had an amazing time at the hotel, it mostly for couples but there are single travellers also, I had a great room (Junior Suite) with a great view, and the cleaners aways cleaned my room by the...

We had such a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the breakfast, so many options even for vegetarian people like us. Very clean. Christmas celebration was lovely in the restaurant. The pool is great .. big Buddha view from our hotel window. Thank you Ramada for the present stay!

It was nice experience. good sunset view, good ambiance, nice room space, supportive staff. on early book you can get these facilities at affordable prices.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a stunning location. Lovely spacious traditionally furnished comfortable room with sitting area, sea view and balcony. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Efficient fan and air con. Complimentary tea and coffee, fruit, bottled water and toiletries. Breakfast choices extensive and delicious. Beautiful grounds with 3 pools for swimming and direct access to Kata Noi beach. Staff very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

Great room, very nice beach. It is a bit far from Pattong(30 minute taxi ride) but it is not a real problem. I particularly like the fact they drive you directly to your room and process your entrance there. Very efficiently

Was good but too many people in breakfast and sometimes was not comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beach was very nice and quiet.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in Patpong. Breakfast is varied fresh and delicious, all employees are very nice welcoming and helpful!! Every request is immediately responded. The pool on the roof is very nice and cool. We also had dinner at the restaurant. There’s also a bar restaurant with live music which is really nice!!
