"While we normally don't stay in a Comfort or Sleep Inn, this one was rated an 8.6 - so how bad could it be? Upon arriving, the lobby was so over-sanitized that the smell was overwhelming. Can only imagine why. Dirty elevator, carpets, exhaust fans, etc. On top of it, the staff was inattentive at best and couldn't even find anyone at checkout. Don't be fooled by misleading ratings!"

"The room was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the view was incredible! The only downfall is that you guys did not have a pool, and the elevator on the 8th floor was slow. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends. "

"Air conditioning was not very good. Even though we set the temp to 66 it was always 71-73 in the room. We were told there was no daily housekeeping but that after days someone would be in. That never happened. We put towels and trash in the hallway but never got towels replaced until we went to the desk ans asked for them. Never got a trash bag. I think you could do better on that!"

"Hotel was nice overall not what I expected… couldn’t sleep well people were loud in the hallway all night walls so thin you can hear everything in the halls. Found mold in my champagne glass from the cup . "
