"The staff was exceptional and the restaurant and banquet meals were outstanding! The breakfast bar seemed to have trouble keeping the line filled--which I suspect was a reflection of insufficient staffing. The AC unit in the room was loud, which tended to wake you up at intervals. And only one elevator was working. All that said: the personable, hard-working and thoughtful staff made this a great stay! "

"Great stay staff was nice but our door was broken and had to ask staff to open for us and our room did not have a microwave, but the staff were great for anything we needed the place was very clean we enjoyed our stay."

"Overnight stay to meet AT hiker friends. Cabin is lovely & perhaps the most well appointed accommodation I’ve seen. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Appreciate the mini weather station, coffee/tea selection. Staff- manager, desk, & breakfast staff were WONDERFUL - so helpful & welcoming. Hope to stay again. "
