"Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi clean and wonderful! Room was clean and full size fridge was a plus. The beds were unusual kind of like a mattress stuffed with jello."

"The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. "
