"The lobby was so cold, we could not sit there to have a glass of wine the one evening. Couldn’t find a vending machine for bottled water and the front desk said they usually had water but not that day. (There are room temperate bottles in room for a fee). Bed was comfortable. Hoyle is in walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops. "

"We loved our stay here, we will definitely be back, the breakfast was great and had an awesome variety each day. The hot chocolate bar after skiing each day was such a nice touch, as were the smores kits in the evening. It was nice to have a ski room to keep skis that was right next to the front door for easy accessibility. The pool and hottub were so fun with the ability to swim to outside through a canal. Its so convienent to have the shuttle to the ski resort and train station. As well as the snowbus right outside the door! "

"Clean room, my daughter ended up getting sick and the cleaning crew had it all cleaned by the time we got back after our morning outing. Pool was nice. Hot tub worked well and was hot and clean. Breakfast tasted good and had many items to choose from. Hotel was quiet. Parking was easy. Our stay was in early April though, when there are very minimal crowds. "
