"Normally stay here when I'm in Glasgow. Location is perfect for me with my trains arriving into Central station, the lobby is excellent for working during my visit with plentiful power sockets for laptops and a quiet relaxed vibe. Another very comfortable and easy stay with Motel One. It was also extremely cheap this time round, perhaps because of the roadworks taking place outside, but these had zero impact on my stay, the hotel is tall and I heard no noise from them. "

"We have stayed in this Hotel on numerous occasions mostly 2 nights but just had a 3 night break.The Hotel is Bright & Modern the reception staff offer a quick friendly checkin.Our room was spacious with a double & single bed great when youre child is with you. "

"the staff where nothing but rude. we made a complaint at 3 am because the room above us woke us up with all the banging . i went down the stairs to report it but nothing got done about it . went back to my to my room and was on the phone we asked to add on a extra night but because i was a little bit to loud but when the manager asked me to "stop being loud" so i did . even tho i was just on the phone to my mum . do not suggest "

"We had a lovely stay, the room was comfortable and very clean. Staff helpful and food dress hot cooked and tasty. Have stayed before and will stay again. "

"Stayed as a lone woman with my young child. Hotel felt very safe. There is a 24hour reception service and the hotel entrance is locked with key card entry after a certain time. The lift access to the rooms also requires key card access. The location was brilliant. Mainline trains, Subway, busses and loads of kid friendly restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a supermarket for essentials across the road. The room was very clean and kitchen suited our needs perfectly. TV had kids channels and a little desk which was adopted as a drawing station. We opted to have the hotel breakfast. Good selection of healthy and treat items for both adults and kids. Only downside was there were no bed guards available. I also don’t think it was clear that the rooms aren’t cleaned daily as standard. This wasn’t an issue for us. I’m happier that nobody else is accessing our room. You could however pay l extra for the room to be cleaned etc. Over all very happy and would stay there again "

"There are two elevators but one is always not working. On 8/4 both elevators broke down. Room is not cleaned on one day when clean room sign is on. "

"Lovely hotel not quite what I expected as we upgraded to a suite and it was not what I expected I was hoping for a bit more that why we got. Staff are great food is good but service let the food down just very slow "
