"I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel Dallas. A really beautiful hotel. Really liked my room. I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff who made my stay enjoyable. They were all very helpful and kind to me. I miss you all very much. Ross with the cars outside made me feel very welcome. A really kind gentleman. Philip from the concierge was so kind and friendly. Janet in the shop was a really lovely person. A wonderful place to stay. Very close to Downtown and the train station. The Hotel was beautiful and so clean and well kept. I give it 10 out of 10 The reception staff all so friendly and helpful and not forgetting Alicia who helped me a lot. "

"The room we stayed in was very good. It was clean and everything was in working order. The shower was very good. Good water pressure and the shower head was very good. We left for a very early flight and did not have the breakfast. The girl at check-in was very polite and helpful. The girl on Saturday morning, November 15 could take a lesson in customer service. Too interested in her phone to look up when we checked out."

"honestly, this is an excellent hotel for the price bracket. the people who work the front desk are amazing and it shows how much they care about guests. i also like the location, not too far away from all the fun things to do in the city."

"Casa Duro is a gem. This is truly a special place to stay with thoughtful decor and much more space than a typical hotel room. It's in a fabulous neighborhood, parking is easy, and there are a lot of places to explore within walking distance. The next time I travel to Dallas, I'll be rebooking at Casa Duro."
