We loved being so close to the trams and train, and we could get into the centre in just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed all the amenities of the room. "Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a great location about a 5-minute walk to Town Hall station and supermarket, close to tram stops, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat which made everything very convenient. The room was clean with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed, perfect after a long day exploring. A special thank you to Hanny and Rich who were both fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. All staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Would happily stay again."
