The front desk staff were very helpful and got us into a room asap. All of our interactions with the staff throughout the property were excellent and professional.
The only issue was the connectivity with the television. There were pauses with the live feeds and the speed was slow. Otherwise a great stay in the middle of Westminster!!

The room was ok, but the bedding for the kids was organised on the floor. Air ventilation was v dusty, so anyone who stayed in the room had to inhale stale air.
