"Nice property, but poorly maintained. Security door broken, odd smell in entry area, like a barber shop. Rooms not very well appointed, pretty basic. No wine glasses and no option. Pool and hot tub dirty and ice cold. Not great customer service. Below expectations, especially for the price point. "

"Clean hotel, near a lot of restaurants and a water park. Hospital nearby so you might hear sirens screach by. The front side is up against a busy street but traffic noise didn’t bother us. We didn’t take part in any of the amenities nor the breakfast so I can’t comment on those."

"Failed to mention in advertisement that the complimentary breakfast was $14.00. Stated in brochure that the Galkeria Mall was 5 minute walk. Wrong. Failed to mention that this motel is 40 plus years old."

"The stay was terrible. They gave us two handicap rooms and all night it was so loud and people making big noises. The guy who checked us in was clueless, and I will never stay here or recommend this hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost!!"

"This truly is a well kept up facility. The only comment I have was when we first walked in, the smell of fumigation was present. Shortly after being in the room, the smell vanished. Very nice breakfast too."
