"Location and price were extremely good. The bus shuttle was also convenient as it runs 24/7. Room was clean and updated. The property is in good condition. I recommend this hotel stay for travelers needing a one night stay before the next leg of their journey. One item that must be addressed is that shuttle instructions on the internet/website are outdated. The pickup location for the bus shuttle is not at the onboarding stations across from door 8 of the Jetstar terminal. It is not across from door 8, but rather 30 meters to the right after exiting door 8. "

"Was a cosy little room, it was clean an well presented, the sign in Wi-Fi was a bonus the view from the balcony was cool, we didn't really need the staff help as it was one night only. Another bonus was the shuttle Soho Hotel had provided to get us fans to and from Metallica at Eden Park, it was loud and packed with fans. I will keep Soho Hotel in my address book for future reference. Thank you very much 👍"

"Super cool hotel! Did a quickie stay, had a red eye and this one was near the airport. We were wishing we could’ve stayed longer at this one! It got noisy at night, there was a noisy group of people hanging out in the hall or near the restaurant, we had a ground floor room, but when I called front desk about it, they resolved it right away. Friendly staff and the rooms are well maintained! "

"A good modern room only a one minute walk from the international terminal. Other airport hotels allow a late check-out (free) if you check in after mid-night, but they charge for this. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, albeit too short! We had the suite which not only had the 2 beds we hoped for, but a wonderful living space and a huge bathroom! The bathrobes and slippers were the icing on the cake! Thanks for wonderful service and accommodation - we highly recommend! "
