"Easy process to catch the shuttle bus from the International airport to the hotel. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient with friendly staff. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only disappointment for us was strands of hair on the bathroom wall and on the bathroom floor. We saw this as a minor issue but attention to detail would have resulted in a five star review."
