"Definately not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 star. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is set on lovely grounds with plenty of parking but unfortunately the hotel itself is tired and in desperate need of some investent, room had dirty carpets and air con didnt work but was provided a fan stuck on oscilate.
Wouldn't stay again unless improvements were made that being said location is excellent for getting to and frome wembley stadium in decent time."
"We just returned from staying a night at The Langley. What a wonderful stay it was. The staff from reception to the housekeeping were so friendly and courteous and the room was spotless. The spa, gym, pool and steam room were superb too. We had dinner there and the waiters and waiting staff were very attentive and it was first class service. We have done many stays at many luxury hotels in uk and I was actually really pleasantly surprised that the stay at The Langley is one of the top in our...
"Check in was terrible ,lady would not let us in the front entrance wanted to know why we are there rooms are small in attic of a 50 year old house , bathroom was small cannot stand straight have to bend to use , shower barely had any space to move , squeeze your self to get to pot, overall would not recommend anyone unless they are stuck with it thru online reservation…"
"Excellent hotel, comfortable, clean, and well decorated room. Had all the amenities, aircon, and luggage storage. Nice little back garden area and a coffee machine at the reception, both of which were great to have. Excellent value for money. The staff were polite and helpful. Tube stop about 7 mins away, supermarket and lots of pubs/restaurants nearby. There is no lift, which was not an issue for us, but might be for some as the stair are somewhat steep."
"Excellent hotel. Quiet most of the time. One night there was a very drunk neighbouring room. Not the hotels fault. Great location. Some wonderful low price restaurants. Would definitely stay again"
"I chose this hotel for its central location within 6 minutes of Holborn's Underground station. Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden and Oxford St. are easily walkable from the hotel.
I especially liked the daily breakfast (GBP 13.95) with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, baked goodies, juices and prepared foods (my favorite was the ham and cheese omelette). The staff heated the cold food upon request, and the front desk staff were efficient. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping...
