I am extremely unhappy with my experience at The Warwick. The staff is not friendly and they ate not very efficient in terms of running thebhotel smoothly. I made s reservation and then made an additional one, and the were happy to take out my $75.00 per night incindental fee, but it has been 2 weeks almost and not only do I not have this back for at least 4 days worth of incidentals deposit, i have called about 7 tines and left voicemails and no one seems to want to get back to me. This becomes even more frustrating due to the fact that there were ants and small flying animals in corner of my room by my light. When I askes them to come look at it or switch my room, no one even followed hp with me about that either. There are other really nice hotels in the same area for about the same price that seem to have the ability to run a smooth and cohesive hotel with great customer service and friendly staff
