"Very basic room that smelt of poo when we first walked in, so had to air the room for a couple of hours and add our own deodorant to get rid of the smell. Wouldn't say the staff were over friendly but acceptable. Asked for 2 extra pillows as the 2 already supplied were as flat as a pancake, we were given an extra one and a half pillows, work that one out! Mattress was lumpy too. Parking was an extra €15 Euros which should be free to guests as is on site and was half empty so not sure why paying guests shouldn't get this luxury for free?? It's a budget hotel which costs €138 for one night, so not really that budget! Worst of all though, no kettle or tea making facilities in the room at all. Would I stay here again? If I was desperate for a room and only if it was half the price and offered free parking."

"Great accommodation, perfect for a trip to Bruge. Got an Uber to the centre for less than £10. Rooms lovely, staff great too. "

"The stay was great. The only downside was the room was really cold. Tried turning up the air con, that didn’t work. Eventually found the radiator adjustment. Which sorted the issue. "
