"This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Very dated, worn carpet and overly priced breakfast buffet. However, the staff are really nice and professional which is the only reason the rating isn’t 1 star."

"The staff was very nice. The location was convenient to the airport but not convenient to walk anywhere. You definitely need a car to get to any restaurant or store which is the only downside I saw because not everybody travels and rents a car. The only other problem with the location was the shower bathtub was very slippery. There were no safety strips down and I found getting into the shower could be a hazard. I think they should invest in some safety strips on the base of the tub. There is a grab bar, but that doesn’t help when you’re trying to get your footing and and take a shower."
