"Very nice and easy to work with people at the desk. Customer service was very helpful. Room was clean and quiet upstairs where I was located at. There are some improvements that need to be done as far as cleanliness around the property area, especially with the homeless that like to hang around. It does make it a little unnerving, especially with all the vehicle theft going around. Other than that great stay and can’t wait to return."

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"A little old and tattered, but beds very clean and comfortable and microwaves and fridge in the room! And great shower with great shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Overall, was very happy with our stay. Starbucks four minutes away:)"
