"Given this is a war situation, the level of hospitality and friendliness was outstanding. The staff were absolutely lovely. Also the food and drinks were superb; the Uzgar was brilliant, like drinking an old much-loved smoke stained shepherd's hut but lovely!! Thank you so very much everyone! The hotel is very pleasant indeed (but like all hotels I have stayed at in Ukraine the lack of a kettle and tea making facilities is a big issue for Brits! A kettle was available by request, thank you, but...

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in recently. They honor the VIP access and provide an upgrade. Room was incredibly specious, Clean, Modern and beautifully designed. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel is walking distance to the city center. Highly recommend."
