Greeted by a lovely and smiley young receptionist. Room 107 has tall ceilings and was well equiped and warm. Great location. Shame bar and restaurant was closed.

It is my second stay at this place. nice and charming hotel close to old historical part of the town. Located at quiet street but close to everything. Very polite and professional staff. And special thanks for the breakfast, healthy and yummy! Definitely recommend!

A nicely updated building in the center of Lviv but on a quiet side street. Modern industrial style design mixed with the old world history of the building make a for a pleasant place to stay. Be aware that half the rooms face the interior terrace/courtyard and you may have a room with windows where people can stand directly outside of them. You may also hear the music from the terrace into the later night. Breakfast was adequate with whole fruits, blintzes, scrambled eggs, steamed veggies and Ukrainian style breakfast sausages. There was bread, full loave style to cut and croissants. Breakfast staff weren’t particularly attentive but it was self-serve.

Excellent stay

I stayed here for 4 nights. Checking in and out was fast and easy. Staff at the desk were very helpful for the entire stay. The free breakfast was great. The staff in the adjoining restaurant were excellent and even helped me bring the food upstairs to my room. Food was great. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again. It’s really close to the center of the city too and in a very quiet area.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny i czysty.

Wspaniałe wnętrze hotelu, wygodne łóżka. Na minus mozolna obsługa jednej Pań w restauracji. Dostaliśmy śniadanie po 30 minutach oczekiwania, niestety było ono zimne. Jednak większość obsługi to miłe osoby.

I was overall a pleasant stay. I just had issue checking in because I arrived late and Hotel.com did not send the confirmation in time. There was only a security guard and it took time to get my room. I had to give 50 euros cash deposit for him to let me in because he wanted to help but could not see my confirmation and would not let me in my room without something as deposit.

Small room but good qualities

We did not get the room we saw at this photos. It was a 3 day stay. The room was quite small. It was hard to move or do something. But the furniture and bathroom was brand new. The bed was comfortable and there were two ceeling windows and a big wardrobe. 3rd floor was pretty quite. There was an elevator avalaible. Receptionist can talk English well. He offered us a alcohol-free beverage at check-in. The room was cleaned every day, they put free water every day. We did not usse the restaurant below. There was a terrace at first floor. Looks very nice. The hotel is just out side the right east corner of the old city heart. Safe area, near to everything. I can fully recommend this hotel if it is okay for you to stay in a small room.
