" Jacuzzi in room 256 was not fully working. Only the front jets was working. MOST HORRIBLE IN TERRIFYING WAS THE HOTEL CAUGHT FIRE ON OUR FLOOR Barely heard fire alarms. Hurt myself n left belongs still no call back after trying to retrieve my belongings. Also came out to smoke filled Hallway hurt myself again trying to escape. No 1 even tried to knock on doors 2 alert us. "

I then expressed my discomfort, and the driver refused to take me to the property. When the driver realized that I was calling the property, then he agreed to take me back in."
