"On duty manager, Shah, was very friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Room door was propped open and unsecured when I got there after check in. Room was clean, tidy and a comfortable check in experience. Though advertised as a full kitchen, there were no eating utensils, cups or plates. There was a full size refrigerator, microwave and stovetop, though no cookware. There was a full ice cube tray in the freezer, which was nice. The bed was firm, which was good and comfortable for me. Pillows were okay, seemingly down/feather alternative or something similar. Not my preferred pillow, but good for a night. Overall, a good room and experience. Low traffic noise and very little noise from hallway or other rooms. The A/C unit was a little loud, but it was good background white noise and didn't disturb my rest. There's some construction or remodeling going on and some areas were more recognizably "pre-remodel." It should be all nice when everything is complete. August 2025"
