"This is simply a nice hotel. It is completely non smoking. The inly bad thing was the fact that i was mischarged for 4 night under somone else name. They said it was refunded but it hit my bank account. Waiting in the refund. The young lady checking me in had a kit going on at the time and made the error. Just need the refund to hit"

"The hotel needs updating..I had a no smoking room and the bedspread had burn holes in them there were burn marks on the tub. The little refrigerator that was in the room. The door wouldn’t shut unless you picked up on the refrigerator. The bed slept awesome. I stayed at another hotel the night before in the bed was horrible but the hotel was great, but I cannot complain one bit about their beds. I would not want to take my kids there and stay. The tub was nasty. The shower curtain had smoke buildup. It was yellow and it should’ve been white but if you just need somewhere to sleep and take a shower and you don’t wanna spend a lot of money it’s not that bad. Check in was a little bit of a problem when I got there there was a note on the door so they wouldn’t be back for 30 minutes and I think I waited about 10 or 15 minutes for the person to come back and then if he told me one time something he told me five more times and just kept on and on and on repeating it. "

"I booked this hotel for 2 nights based on the pretty good review ratings, but got to my room and it looked like the sheets hadn’t been washed. I asked for another room and that one had coke spilled on the night stand and pretty sure no one had vacuumed. The desk clerk helped me clean up the coke. I didn’t sleep well at all, wondering what else in the room hadn’t been cleaned. I was so disappointed that I chose this hotel. On the positive side, the Monday housekeeper came in and the room was spotless for that night and I slept much better. The desk clerks were all pleasant and helpful. If you’re like me and prefer hot coffee, the breakfast bar coffee was very hot and tasted good. "

"very nice, would stay there again except for in room AC, had in room thermostat which did not seem to be synchronized with in room unit, room very cold impossible to reach comfortable level, bathroom even worse, badly needs bathroom heat lamp, taking a shower was terrible, even with hot shower, getting out to dry off in freezing bathroom was not pleasant."
