This hotel is absolutely top class. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well laid out with large well maintained rooms. The breakfast spread included in the price is very good with something for everyone. The Arctic Light restaurant open in the evening serves great reasonably priced food.

Definitely a magical experience for our family! We were very blessed to witness an active aurora display during our stay.

Great location and very central. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and really fresh. The bed was comfortable and you u can cast to your room TV Would recommend staying here on a visit to Oulu

The building is a traditional wooden house with a small garden. I had a very friendly and welcoming person checking me in. I was surprised to receive an offer of welcoming drink ( cava or non alcoholic drink) and also free soft drinks and chocolate in the room as it was not mentioned online. Luckily the windows could be opened....

The stay was great. We loved the sauna!

Lovely hotel, highly recommend!

Interesting hotel conversion that works very well. Helpful staff. Great breakfast.

The buffet breakfast was very good. The gym was okay, quite small and limited apparatus. In the room there was no safe and fridge but, there were tea making facilities. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay

Location where got to see the Northern Lights from the balcony sipping redcwine.

Room was clean, staff helpful, food great and gym fantastic

Clean room

rooms were lovely, breakfast room was in a theatre which was fantastic! really appreciated that there was hot chocolate available at breakfast instead of just tea & coffee

A great hotel with a real sense of warmth and tranquility, fantastic staff and clean well made rooms. It sits at the top of the Ounasvaara hill, so prepare for it, but we loved it. The views over the forest, with the town beyond, are lovely. It's a lovely walk along the forest path down to Rovaniemi (about 2km), we stayed in October and there was no snow. Be prepared for the climb back up, or hop in a taxi for a short ride. The restaurant is a real highlight: local flavours, beautifully served...
