"Dirty loud unexpected deposit at the hotel that expedia didnt state ..when i asked the desk staff about it they said that they wouldnt do anything about it because expedia didnt disclose it it was not thier problem."

"Paid 40$ more a night for a Riverview patio room and had a view of a building after waiting 4 hours to check in and the room was dirty. "

"While attending a youth basketball tournament in Needles, I stayed here with my two school aged daughters . I was reluctant to stay given it was a casino but stayed anyway as it was within close proximity to the tournament. With that said, I would never stay again… The location is run down and dirty. The casino area, hallways, and rooms were filled with thick cigarette smoke at all times during the day and night. The worst part was the marijuana activity that set the fire alarm off while we were sleeping. Definitely not a place I will be taking my kids EVER again. "

"Clean room, Very nice pool, Friendly staff. Do yourself a favor, skip the regular buffet, book at the Prime Rib buffet. It is $28 per person. All you can eat salad bar, big piece of prime rib, all you can eat potato and hot vegetable bar, free non-alcoholic drink, all you can eat desert bar. "
