"The hotel is perfectly located to old town, walk over the bridge and you’re there! We asked the clerk for an upgrade so we could see old town and river and we got the one that was on the old facade end with an angled roofline so room was oddly designed but the view was superb!! And the bed was very comfortable. It was sparse with the amenities (coffee maker/hot pot/fridge/ironing board/etc) but we didn’t need them, or ask for them. I’m sure the other rooms are well equipped. Nice conversation areas near the reception with views of the river and old town and even provided snacks and beverages in the afternoon. I loved this hotel! "

"Very friendly staff,great breakfast buffet, modern hotel centrally located, everything in walking distance, parking house near by for small free, room was small but worked for us, definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again."

"On arrival, my room was so dirty I had to clean it myself. After lunch, the restaurant closes, and the staff refuse to open the door to provide water. Instead, you’re told to drink bathroom tap water or purchase a 330 ml bottle for €2.90. Poor hygiene and poor guest care—would not recommend."
