This hotel is a shining example to others. Everything is super. The service is excellent, staff lovely, food excellent. Ambiance is relaxing. Location not bad either! Country house hotel at its best, without any of the stuffiness. As as solo traveller I felt very comfortable. I will make a point of returning. No complaints whatsoever.

I’ve never stayed in such a perfect place before. The property and the room were absolutely splendid. even more beautiful than in the photos. The scenery around the place is stunning, with lochs and mountains all around. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated with great style. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the continental breakfast, which was fresh and well prepared. The host, Stewart, was very kind and took...

The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too.

Lovely location, staff very helpful and kind. Rooms clean and well stocked with coffee etc. View from our room was stunning and the temperature in the room was perfect, the ability to open the window at night was good. The menu was not the largest and didn't change through the week but the food we did have was excellent.

We had the pleasure of staying with Marion & Moray recently. We survived the applecross pass drive! The complementary wee dram was very welcome after the drive & fighting the midges while watching the sunset at the beach. We were in a top floor room. Chatted with Marion & Moray that evening & over the full breakfast offering, talked about Applecross & some culture, events & travel tips which we were useful and gladly adopted! Truly wonderful stay with a lovely friendly couple you will not be...

Hotel was really nice we booked last minute and the views near by are amazing Gent on reception/bar/kitchen was really polite and helpful as he was there on his own because of holiday season Internet was down due to a bad storm that made the stay more remote as civilisation and home comforts were almost 1.5 hours away Don’t let that put you off when fully staffed and WiFi working I can only imagine the stay would be even better

Beautiful setting, excellent food, comfortable room with a great view, informative distillery tour and no obligation to purchase.

Lovely ans welcoming all staff were great

We arrived in darkness and were welcomed into a cosy bar with an open fire and comfy lounge area. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and had even offered to prepare us a meal as we wouldn’t be arriving before the kitchen closed at 9pm. The room was beautiful and I loved the style, a lovely nip of whiskey awaited us and some shortbread. The room was immaculate with cosy dressing gowns. When we woke up the next day we couldn’t believe the view from our room right across the sea. We will return...

Very enjoyable one night stay. Good location for Loch Ness and Inverness. Our room was called Ness which we booked on a last minute deal which made it value for money. Breakfast was excellent we didn't have dinner in the hotel but instead went to a superb restaurant called Fiddler's in Drumnadrochit a village on Loch Ness about 15 minutes away where they have over 600 Malt Whiskies and great food. Need to book in advance, we were lucky to get a table.

Had a great night at the hotel. The service was impeccable. Special mention to Vishnu for being so helpful.

Room was perfect, 2nd stay in this room. Staff lovely & helpful. Looking forward to staying again.

Had a lovely overnight stay. Staff very helpful and friendly.

My stay at Croft 21 Glamping was brilliant. I had travelled from Glasgow up to Inverness for work over the weekend. I arrived on the Saturday night and checked in smoothly, the pod had pretty much everything you could need. It was extremely clean and modern, everything worked fine I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. I would definitely come back to this place and bring my girlfriend as she would love it just as much as I did. If I was to think of a way to improve the pod I would...
