"Whist the hotel was close to a train station and key attractions and the room was comfortable and clean, there was no cutlery, crockery or pots and pans in any of there kitchen facilities. I fact I had to go to the reception desk for a mug to have a hot cup of soup."

"The room was compact but comfortable. We opened the window to air it out a bit as it had an odour of either smoke or cleaning products. Breakfast was adequate but we couldn't use it on the second day as we left before it opened. Staff were helpful and gave advice on travel arrangements."
