"Staff very helpful and friendly."

"Great place to stay, short walk to high street and promenade, large family room and great sized bathroom"

"Great location and excellent staff"

"Lovely B&B, wonderful hosts & fantastic breakfast. Will definitely be back"

"The owner kindly dried some damp clothing we had and breakfast was lovely"

"We absolutely loved our stay. Our room (Danesbrook) was beautiful, with a great view and a really comfy bed. We loved the honesty bar which was well stocked and very reasonably priced. We didn't try the chef prepared ready meals but the selection looked good. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. EV charger was 47p per kWh which saved us a bunch on public charging. Tennis and squash also available!"

"Very quiet location, excellent views, warm and welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area"

"Good rooms/beds. Short 10min walk to the beach"

"Great hotel and brilliant staff."

"The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere made us feel relaxed from the start. The food was perfect. We would recommend this very nice guest house."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were walking the SWCP and were glad to stop earlier on this leg. (Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. Delicious dinner down stairs, and lucky for us on our night, a live singer providing a musical background atmosphere. She was lovely, and just the thing to elevate the evening to next level."

"Great staff Fabulous breakfast Clean room"

"Nice hotel, good food, lovely location"

"Great stay"

"Very nice hotel staff was lovely very polite"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Breakfast was very good. I was disappointed as it was expensive and the little extras were missing, such as shower/bath gel on the wall were too high for use in the bath."

"Great breakfast , very fresh and owner very obliging "

"Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A good location with good views over Barry. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The property was "tired" and with a good budget, has the potential to be a lovely venue. A good value for money, basic accommodation, if your expectations are not too high."

"Lovely comfortable room and excellent staff. We really liked the food- dinner and breakfast were spot on."
