"Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy!"

"A great location for this hotel with lovely views from the rooms. The food is excellent, both the dinners and the cooked breakfasts, and staff are friendly and helpful. Just a few tweaks would make things even better: 1. The music in the restaurant and, especially the bar, is too loud and intrusive 2. The pastries at breakfast were stale 3. In both our rooms a handyman was needed as the grab rails in both bathrooms were coming away from the wall and there were parts missing from the shower controls 4. The spa massage treatment was great but changing room facilities weren't so good with inadequate locker space and little room to change. Apart from those minor reservations we would be very happy to return!"

"Fantastic location, beautiful B&B, wonderful host. The room was cozy, quiet, and comfortable with a nice lounge area to watch television or work with comfortable seating, windows, and a dining area. Breakfast was outstanding! Great choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, and a cooked breakfast to die for... so tasty! Highly recommend this B&B if you’re working, visiting or on holiday in the Kilmarnock, Ayr, Tarbolton, Auckland, and Cummnock area as it’s central to all these locations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We spent a lovely spring week surrounded by daffodils and rolling Ayrshire hills. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with space for nine at wauchope cottage, which is part of the old stable/coach house. The staff were polite and the apartment was dog friendly as long as you can keep your dog in the kitchen or hall until it dries off as the livingroom and upstairs bedrooms have light coloured carpets. Overall a lovely holiday in an area and accommodation in which we would love to stay at again."
