"I stayed for 2 nights here. Air-conditioner was a little noisy and not very cold. As I arrived late that night, I complained about this to the Front office the next day. They promptly offered me a much better room. I requested for an iron and ironing board and to my surprise, was informed that they dont have portable irons and provide laundry service. The second room had bad aircon, changed again & the third room didn't have door lock to the balcony. Changed again, this time the main door look was not working.
