ABER wir kamen an, das Bett hatte noch Flecken gehabt, das Bad war nicht sauber es waren Schimmel überall, darauf hin wollte ich gleich das Zimmer wechseln ohne weiteres. Wir haben dann ein anders Zimmer bekommen, hier war alles dasselbe Spiegel verdreckt, Decke dreckig..alles furchtbar. "Took about 45 minutes to check in. Reception couldn't find my reservation even though I showed him my reservation information from hotels.com and the receipt. He even got the night manager involved and still no luck. Finally after about 45 minutes he agreed to let me have a room and he would contact hotels.com in the morning. I was shown to a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator and with an A/C that wasn't working. I didn't get any sleep at all given the hot humid condition. Also no toilet paper...

"Poor condition. Rooms were dirty. Used old bedsheets and pillow covers and towels. The only hotel which does not provide water to international guests. Breakfast dishes are cold and tasteless. "

"Convenient location in Central that is near everything that a traveller would need. Facilities are dated but well-maintained and managed. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I ended up staying here twice before leaving Jakarta."
