"I needed shuttle to airport and was told when checking in that started running @ 4:30am every 30 minutes upon checking out went to desk at 8:00am requested service and was told it would be 9:00 before I could go my flight stated boarding at 9:27. It just happened my friend came back to check on me and took me to airport and I made flight on time if not for him I was going to call an uber"
