Very nice modern hotel, can find any faults but I wouldn’t expect any for the price they charge. Sometimes the English language skill was a problem but was able to find a way round this.

Very impressed by this hotel. Almost perfection. Service is first class although English language is not widely spoken. Spa, breakfast, Executive lounge, Fresh Restaurant and kids club all very high standard. Only slight disappointment is lack of really sandy beach. Thank you so much.

A wonderful hotel with great access to the beach. Staff are superb and Terrance did his utmost to make me have an enjoyable stay upon check in. The only thing that would be nicer is if they had more space near the beach front in the resort for the sea breeze where the palm trees don't block the sun.

Sanya hotel prices are high, and the reason we chose Banyan Tree is because it has private villas with competitive prices compared to many other large international chains. Thumbs up for privacy offered; however, the hotel itself is starting to age, and some touching up is necessary. Dining options are at a minimal - basically just one restaurant - and after 2 meals you start to get bored. I would suggest you to choose this hotel if you want a private villa with pool to yourself; however, if you...
