"The shower has NO pressure, the pillows are half the size of a normal pillow, no response when I asked for additional pillows, and the bathroom floor was similar to a truck stop bathroom. The hair dyer also had less power than the shower. However, the bed was clean and I got a good nights sleep. I felt safe and secure, but the Customer Service and Amenities sucked!"

"When we walked in, we immediately knew we had to leave. It smelled musty. We got to our room in the lowest floor of the place. The facilities were rusty and moldy. We were supposed to stay two nights, but we canceled our remaining night. We would have loved to have left the first night, but the staff was unwilling to refund our money. Don’t book here."

"We used this hotel because it had an indoor pool. However the pool was kinda dirty and it was cold in the pool area and the water was freezing. It had big rips in the curtains in our room. I spoke with one staff member and asked for an extra blanket and they did not understand what I asking for due to a language barrier."

The upstairs hallway smelled like marijuana, the shower was cracked and the staff barely spoke to me. I did not take advantage of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I would not book with this hotel again."
