Unfortunately, the shower was positioned under the eaves of the roof, meaning anyone over 5ft 5in had to bend down to use it. There was also a power cut from 7am until 8:50am, and I was disappointed that no apology or acknowledgement was offered the following morning. A simple apology would have been a nice gesture."
