"Central location, friendly staff, welcome drink on arrival. We booked a compact room and were expecting it to be tiny but it was much bigger than we thought, and the bathroom was about the same size as any other hotel. We were really very pleasantly surprised by this hotel as we only paid £75 for the night. Excellent."

"Room was a good size. Comfortable bed. We only paid for overnight stay so cannot comment on food or drink. In a good location to the city centre and bars and restaurants and most amenities. Staff were friendly and approachable. "

"Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "
